WHEREAS a request has been received from Poblocki for
a flat wall sign approximately 27 sq. ft. to be placed on
the Wisconsin Coil Springs building at S82 W19151 Apollo
Drive in the Muskego Business/Industrial Park, and
b WHEREAS this sign will consist of 15” high cast aluminum

letters with matte black baked enamel finish and will be non-
I WHEREAS this sign meets the approved Guidelines for Sign
Approval and conforms to the 3% limitation established in the
Zoning Ordinance for flat wall signs in an 1-1 District. ‘0
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the 27 sq. ft. Wisconsin
Coil Spring sign to be placed on the building at S82 W19151
Apollo Drive.
