APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
STEVEN B. SCHULER
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by John F.
Degen, land surveyor, dated August 18, 1980, has been sub-
mitted to finalize a one parcel division of the Steven B.
Schuler property in the SW 114 of Section 32 (McLaughlin's
Subdivision), and
WHEREAS the sketch for this division was approved by
the Plan Commission in Resolution #€'. C. 46-80 adopted
May 20, 1980,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map
for a one parcel division of the Steven B. Schuler property,
McLaughlin's Subdivision, SW 114 of Section 32, and reconnnends
approval to the Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the approval of the City Engineer.
