APPROVAL OF LANDSCAPE PLANS
PIZZA HUT
WHEREAS landscaping plans have been submitted for the
Pizza Hut, S73 W16730 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS the building, site and operational plans were
approved on September 6, 1977, except for the sign and
further review of the landscaping plans, and
WHEREAS a 43.68 sq. ft. freestanding sign was approved
on September 4, 1979, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer
Lee have reviewed the landscaping plans and have reconmended
approval subject to the condition that screening at least 4' in
height be planted along the north edge of the parking lot in
order to contain car lights on the property.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the landscaping plans for
the Pizza Hut, subject to the condition that screening at least
4' in height be planted along the north edge of the parking lot
to contain car lights on the property.
