RECOMMENDING DENIAL OF SCHAAL
REZONING REQUEST (RS-3 to RS-3 00s)
WHEREAS John Schaal has petitioned for the rezoning of
his property at S76 W18149 Janesville Road from RS-3 to
RS-3 (00s) for the purpose of lawnmower and small engine
repair, and
WHEREAS this area is predominately residential in nature,
and
WHEREAS the comprehensive plan of the City does not
anticipate businesses in this area, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed this
request and has recommended denial.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Counnission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
that the rezoning of the John Schaal property at S76 W18149
Janesville Road from RS-3 to RS-3 (00s) for the purpose of
lawnmower and small engine repair business be denied.
