C. 91-80 ACKNOWLEDGING VARIANCE IN DEED RESTRICTIONS LOT 33, LAKE BRITTANY ESTATES MARETTI 0 e WHEREAS Richard Maretti proposes to construct a house on Lot 33 in Lake Brittany Estates, which is zoned RSA (OPD), and WHEREAS the Deed Restrictions require that the side yard setback from a street be 20% of the front width of the lot, and in this case that would be a 25' setback, and WHEREAS it is proposed to locate the house with a 21' side yard setback from the street, and WHEREAS the subdivision's architectural cormnittee has approved this location. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby acknowledge the variance in side yard setback granted by the architectural committee to Lot 33, Lake Brittany Estates.
