ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
RICHARD HEISE
WHEREAS Richard Heise, W182 S6471 Muskego Drive, has
requested permission to construct a 22' x 24', unattached
second garage strucutre on his property, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-2 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego (Architectural Control Board) does hereby
approve the request of Richard Heise for a 22' x 24', unattached,
second garage structure at W182 S6471 Muskego Drive. 0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of this
second garage shall be compatible with this residential neighborhood.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
condition that the garage structure be located 10' from the
northwest lot line.
