APPROVAL OF SOLARGY TOWER
DON AND KAREN GORSKI
WHEREAS Don and Karen Gorski, W170 S6951 Southern
Drive, have requested permission to erect a 60' Solargy Tower
(a freestanding steel tubular column for wind turbine
generators) to be located behind their dwelling approximately
75' from the west lot line and 68' from the north lot line, and
WHEREAS Section 5.03 (2) D. of the Zoning Ordinance states
that this type of tower would be excepted from the height regu-
lations of all districts, with Plan Commission approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of Don and Karen
Gorski for a 60' Solargy Tower to be located behind their
dwelling and approximately 75' from the west lot line and 68'
from the north lot line of their property at W170 S6951
Southern Drive.
