APPROVAL OF POLE BARE
WILLIAM LILLPOP
WHEREAS a request has been submitted by William Lillpop
for permission to erect a 24' x 27' pole barn on the 3.8 acre
parcel at S99 W20367 Parker Drive, and
WHEREAS outbuildings of this size are permitted in this
Agricultural District subject to the approval of the Plan
Commission, subject to the 1% limit of the lot area, and
WHEREAS this proposed building, along with an existing
outbuilding, will not exceed the 1% limit, and
WHEREAS the pole barn will be located a minimum of 50'
from each lot line as required and will not exceed 25' in height.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does 'hereby approve the request of William
Lillpop for permission to erect a 24' x 21' pole barn on the
parcel at S99 W20367 Parker Drive.
