APPROVAL OF CONCEPT SKETCH
PROPOSED ADDITION TO EXISTING BUILDING IN INDUSTRIAL PAM
DON MILLER
WHEREAS a rough sketch has been submitted to the Plan
Commission for permission to construct an addition to the
Don Miller building at S82 W18848 Gemini Drive in the Muskego
BusinessfIndustrial Park, and
WHEREAS the sketch is not adequate or detailed enough
for final determination, and
WHEREAS additions to existing buildings in the Industrial
Park are permitted with approval of the Plan Commission.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby accept the concept and location of
the addition to the existing building, subject to the submission
of colored architectural elevations drawn to a proper scale to
the Plan Commission for approval, that would show better treatment
of the exterior in conformance with the architectural rules and
regulations of the Industrial Park, prior to the issuance of a
building permit.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a landscape plan shall be
submitted to the Plan Comission for approval prior to occupancy.
