APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
MARVIN PELLMANN
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Robert G.
Fox, land surveyor, dated August 29, 1980, has been sub-
mitted to finalize a one parcel division of the Marvin
Pellmann property on S.T.H. 36 in the SE 114 of Section 26,
and
WHEREAS the sketch for this division was approved by
the Plan Commission in Resolution #P. C. 79-80 (As Amended),
adopted August 19, 1980.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map
for a one parcel division of the Marvin Pellmann property
on S.T.H. 36 in the SE 114 of Section 26, and recommends
approval to the Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the approval of the City Engineer.
