RECOMMENDATION TO AMEND ZONING DISTRICT MAP
BLATTNER REZONING
WHEREAS a petition has been submitted by M. P. Blattner
to rezone the Leonard Blattner property east of North Cape
Road in the NE 114 of Section 24 from R-3 to R-3 (OA),
(agricultural overlay), and
WHEREAS this land has been used for agricultural pur-
poses, and
WHEREAS the owner has requested permission for this land
to be used as a nursery, and
WHEREAS an agricultural overlay would permit tree farming
and a roadside stand for sales, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed this
request and has recommended approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Comnon Council
that the Zoning District Map be amended to rezone the Leonard
Blattner property east of North Cape Road in the NE 114 of
Section 24 from R-3 to R-3 (OA).
