APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT
BARROWS DOG KENNEL
WHEREAS a petition has been submitted by Linda and
David Barrows requesting that a conditional use be granted
for the property at 592 W20372 Henneberry Drive to permit a
dog kennel for the boarding and/or training of dogs, and
WHEREAS the necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has recommended
approval, and
WHEREAS this property is approximately 10 acres in area
and is zoned Agricultural, with dog kennels permitted under
Conditional Use Grant.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the
City of Muskego does hereby grant a Conditional Use Grant to
Linda and David Barrows for the property at S92 W20372 Henneberry
Drive to permit a dog kennel for 10 dogs to be housed and/or
trained by them, with the provision that on occasion this number
can reach 20 for a period not to exceed 5 days.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the use of the premises for
commercial boarding of animals with the exception of the
occasional housing of other show dogs is prohibited.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the term of operation of this
Conditional Use Grant shall not exceed one (1) year without
further review and approval by the Plan Commission
