APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION (As Amended)
MARVIN PELLMANN -
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted by Marvin Pellmann
for a one parcel division of his property on Loomis Road
in the SE 114 of Section 26, and
WHEREAS this property is zoned Agricultural which requires
lots with a minimum of 120,000 sq. ft. and 300’ average width,
and the proposed division more than meets these requirements,
and
WHEREAS in order to provide access to the remaining
parcel of land, an easement would be required along with a
road reservation.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for a one parcel
division of the Pellmann property on Loomis Road in the SE 114
of Section 26, subject to the condition that a road reserva-
tion be shown on the certified survey map, along with an
west lot line. easement from the existing access to the px~posebraad.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will be
receptive to the submission of a certified survey map to
finalize this division along with a $45.00 fee to assist in
defraying the cost of review, and a fee of $200.00 in lieu
of park dedication.
