PCR1980078RESOLUTION WP. c. 78-80 ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE BILL LARSON WHEREAS Bill Larson, W125 S8345 North Cape Road, has requested permission to construct a 16' x 16', unattached, second garage structure on his property, and WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this R-2 District. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the City of Muskego (Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request of Bill Larson for a 16' x 16', unattached, second garage structure at W125 S8345 North Cape. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of this second garage shall be compatible with thisresiden- tial neighborhood.
