RECOMMENDING TERMINATION OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT 826
THE REEF TAVERN
WHEREAS Conditional Use Grant #26 was issued for the
property at S86 W13988 Priegel Drive on June 5, 1963 for
the operation of a tavern and restaurant, and
WHEREAS this property is no longer used as a tavern
or restaurant, and
WHEREAS the necessary public hearing has been held.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
that Conditional Use Grant #26 for the operation of a tavern
and restaurant (formerly The Reef Tavern) at 586 W13988 Priegel
Drive be terminated.
