REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT AND SET PUBLIC HEARING DATE
REQUEST FOR DOG KENNEL - LINDA AND DAVID BARROWS
WHEREAS a petition has been submitted by Linda and David
Barrows requesting that a conditional use grant be issued
for the property at S92 W20372 Henneberry Drive to permit
a kennel for dogs to be boarded and/or trained for dog shows.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby refer the petition of Linda
and David Barrows for a conditional use grant to permit a
dog kennel to Planning Consultant Mangiamele for review and
recommendation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a public hearing will be held
on September 2, 1980, at 7:45 P.M. to consider this request.
