DENIAL OF REQUEST FOR LAND DIVISION
WILLIAM J. GODSELL
WHEREAS a preliminary certified survey map prepared by
Claude C. Johnson, Jr., land surveyor, dated July 24, 1980,
has been submitted by William J. Godsell for a three parcel
division of his property in the NW 114 of Section 32, and
WHEREAS two of the lots are corner lots which require
120' average width in this RS-2 District, and
WHEREAS the third lot is irregular in shape, and
WHEREAS a two lot division would be more desirable.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby deny approval of the request of
William J. Godsell for a three parcel division of his property
in the NW 114 of Section 32 which would require a variance of
15' in width on two of the three lots.
