RECOMMENDING LAND DIVISION ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS
SECTIONS 2.4 (1) and (2) , 3.8, 3.9, 6.1 and 6.4
(EXISTING SUBSTANDARD LOTS AND CERTIFIED SURVEY MAPS)
WHEREAS in order to clarify the language in certain
sections of the Land Division Ordinance the Plan Commission
has determined that the attached amendments should be made.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
that Sections 2.4 (1) and (2), 3.8, 3.9, 6.1 and 6.4 be
amended as shown on the attached proposed ordinances.
