C. 69-80 APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION JOSEPH BFATKA WHEREAS Joseph Beatka has submitted a sketch for a three parcel division of his property at the intersection of Hillendale and Tans Drives in the NE 114 of Section 5, and WHEREAS this property is zoned B-3 which requires 20,000 sq. ft. lots with 100 ft. average width, and the lots proposed more than meet these requirements. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for a three par- cel division of the Beatka property at the intersection of Hillendale and Tans Drives in the NE 1/4 of Section 5. 0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Counnission will be receptive to the submission of a certified survey map to finalize this division along with a $25.00 fee to assist in defraying the cost of review, and a fee of $400.00 in lieu of park dedication City of Muskego Plan Comission Adopted JUL 1 5 1980 Defeated Deferred
