ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
RANDALL HIERL
WHEREAS Randall Hierl, W152 S6374 Lawndale Place, has
requested permission to construct a 10' x 16', unattached,
second garage structure on his property, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have
a substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-1 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission
(Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request
of Randall Hierl for a 10' x 16', unattached, second garage
structure at W152 S6374 Lawndale Place. I :. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be compatible with this residential
I neighborhood.
