APPROVAL OF SIGN REQUEST
DR. DAVID HOFEEISTER
BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Architectural Sub-
committee. does hereby approve the request of Dr. David
Hofmeister for a 2'8" x 3'0" freestanding, personal identifi-
cation sign to be located at S76 W17527 Janesville Road, as
shown on the attached site plan.
BE IT FLXTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the condition that the sign be placed no more than ten feet (10')
from the front of the building.
