RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
AMERICAN EAGLE MANOR
TOWN OF WATERFORD
WHEREAS a final plat for American Eagle Manor, a 26
lot subdivision in the Town of Waterford, prepared by Kit
Kuokkanen, land surveyor, dated June 9, 1980, has been sub-
mitted to the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS the preliminary plat was approved by the Plan
Commission in Resolution #P. C. 40-80 adopted May 6, 1980, and
WHEREAS the final plat conforms substantially to the
approved preliminary plat.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend approval to the Common
Council of the final plat for American Eagle Manor in the Town
of Waterford, subject to the approval of all objecting and
approving agencies.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the certification of the City
of Muskego shall be placed on the face of the final plat as
an approving agency.
