DENIAL OF THERD GARAGE REQUEST
ROBERT SCHAEFER
WHEREAS a request has been submitted by Robert Schaefer
€or a 22' x 30', unattached, third garage structure, on his
property at S79 W16291 Bay Lane Place, and
WHEREAS a request for a third garage had been denied by
1 the Plan Commission on December 1, 1970, and the decision
upheld by the Board of Appeals on February 25, 1971, and
WHEREAS this property consists of two adjoining non-
conforming lots, and
l a WHEREAS Section 8.01 D. 1. of the Zoning Ordinance
prohibits construction of a garage prior to the erection of the
principle building, and
WHEREAS this would be the third garage structure on the
combined lots, and
WHEREAS this area has high density and lacks open space.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego (Architectural Control Board) does hereby again
deny the request of Robert Schaefer for a third garage structure
to be used for the storage of old cars.
