ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
ALLEN H. REUTER
WHEREAS Allen H. Reuter, W140 S9403 Boxhorn Drive,
has requested permission to construct a 14' 6" x 9' a",
unattached, second garage structure on his property for
storage purposes, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have
a substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this R-2 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego (Architectural Control Board) does hereby
approve the request of Allen H. Reuter for a 14' 6" x 9' 8",
unattached, second garage structure at W140 S9403 Boxhorn Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be compatible with the existing building
on the lot.
