RECOMMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
SECTIONS 3.06, 3.07 and 3.08 - Fees
" WHEREAS fees to defray the cost of giving notice, investi-
gation and other administrative processing of rezoning requests,
requests for conditional use grants and requests for variance
by the Board of Appeals have not been changed since 1972, and
WHEREAS these fees are not sufficient to cover the actual
costs.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
that the Zoning Ordinance be amended to increase the fees as
follows:
Section 3.06 (2) B, - From $25.00 to $45.00 (Rezoning)
Section 3.07 (3) - From $15.00 to $35.00 (Condl. Use)
Section 3.08 (3) A. - From $10.00 to $20.00 (Appeals)
