RECOMMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
SECTION 6.02 - PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS
WHEREAS Section 6.02 (5) C. 4. of the Zoning Ordinance
permits up to 20% of the Wetland-Floodplain or Lowland to
be used in computing the density for Planned Unit Develop-
ments, and
WHEREAS this area in most cases could not be developed.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
that Section 6.02 (5) C. 4. of the Zoning Ordinance be amended
in order not to permit any Wetland-Floodplain or Lowland to
be included in computing density for proposed residential
development.
