RECOMMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
SECTION 3.06-CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS
WHEREAS the Plan Commission makes its recommendation to
the Common Council on all Zoning Ordinance changes and
amendments, and
WHEREAS Section 3.06 (2) F. 3. provides that when the
Common Council does not concur with the Plan Commission's
recommendation, it shall re-refer the matter to the Commission
for reconsideration before taking final action, and
WHEREAS this procedure is very awkward because the matter
has to be decided by the Council before it can be determined
whether they agree with the Commission or not, and
WHEREAS in the opinion of the City Attorney, Section
3.06 (2) F. 3. could be removed from the ordinance.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
that Section 3.06 (2) F. 3 be deleted in its entirety from the
Zoning Ordinance.
