RECOMMENDING TERMINATION OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT #61
AND APPROVAL OF NEW CONDITIONAL USE GRANT - SAM JOVANOVICH

WHEREAS Conditional Use Grant #61 was issued to Sam
Jovanovich (Auto Finishes) at S83 W20702 Janesville Road for
an automobile repair shop, and
WHEREAS that use has been changed to the fabricating of
small trailers (Midwest Mini-Tote Co.),and
WHEREAS it is necessary to change the conditions of the
conditional use grant to eliminate all reference to cars and
car repairs.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
0 City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Comon Council
that Conditional Use Grant #61 be terminated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve a Conditional Use Grant
for S83 W20702 Janesville Road for the fabricating of small.
trailers with the following conditions:
1. The hours of operation shall be no earlier than 8:OO AM
nor later than 9 00 PM Monday through Saturday. There
shall be no operation on Sunday.
