APPROVAL OF REVISED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLANS
CLARK SERVICE STATION ADDITION
WHEREAS plans have been submitted for a 34' x 34' grocer-
ette addition to the Clark Service Station at S73 W16680
Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer
Lee have reviewed these plans and have recommended approval
subject to the removal of the existing freestanding sign to
be replaced by a sign to conform to the guidelines and proposed
zoning amendments regarding signs; that parking area be
designated to provide one parking space for every 150 square
feet of Principle Floor Area of the addition; and that screening
at least 4' in height be planted along the north edge of the
parking area and along the east property line to contain car
lights on the property.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the building, site and opera-
tional plans for the construction of an addition to the Clark
Service Station at S73 W16680 Janesville Road, subject to the
following conditions:
1. The existing freestanding sign be removed and replaced
by a sign which conforms with the Guidelines for Sign
Approval and the proposed zoning ordinance amendments
regarding signs.
2. A parking area be designated to provide one parking
space for every 150 sq. ft. of P.F.A. of the addition.
3. Screening at least 4' in height be planted along the
north edge of the parking area and along the east
property line to contain car lights on the property.
