APPROVAL OF REVISED BUILDING AND SITE PLANS

WHEREAS the Plan Commission in Resolution #P. C. 41-80
(As Amended) adopted May 20, 1980, approved, with conditions,
four metal accessory buildings to replace three existing
buildings on his property at S65 W13964 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS Mr. Merfert has requested permission to replace
existing building and totally 1176 sq. ft. with a single metal
the three buildings approved for erection adjacent to the
building to be 24' x 48' in size (1152 sq. ft.), and
WHEREAS Mr. Merfert proposes to construct only a portion
of the building at this time to be 24' x 32' (768 sq. ft.) with
the balance to be constructed at a later date, and
WHEREAS the 14' x 24' building approved to replace the
existing brooder house will be constructed as approved.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the building and site plans
as revised for the Merfert property at S65 W13964 Janesville
Road.
