PCR1980051RESOLUTION #P. C. 51-80 REAFFIRMING RECOMMENDATION TO AMEND ZONING MAP DAVID CUNNINGHAM WHEREAS the Plan Commission recommended to the Comon Council that the property at the northwest corner of Racine Avenue and Hwy. 24 in the SE 114 of Section 8 be rezoned from B-2 to RS-2 in Resolution #P. C. 28-80 adopted April 15, 1980, and WHEREAS the Common Council has referred this matter back to the Plan Commission for further review, and WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele reaff%rmed in his report dated April 15, 1980 that this property is considered to be inappropriate as commercial use, and WHEREAS there was a division of land of ten acres pursuant 0 to court order, and the B-2 zoning is on an 80' wide strip along the eastern boundary of the 10 acres, surrounded by RS-2 zoning, and WHEREAS this land is the portion of the approved Wildflower development known as Outlot 6 and should be developed under the planned unit development concept. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby reaffirm its recommendation to the Comon Council that the Districting Zoning Map be amended to change the zoning on the northwest corner of Racine Avenue and Highway 24 in the SE 114 of Section 8 from B-2 to RS-2.
