APPROVAL, OF SIGN REQUEST
BOXHORN
WHEREAS Dick Bennett has submitted a request for an 18
sq. ft. flat wall sign to advertise "Boxhorns Trap '9'
Restaurant & Lounge" on the building at S90 W13960 Boxhorn
Drive, and
WHEREAS this sign will consist of 9" architectural style
plexiglass letters to be placed individually on the existing
cedar shake wall, and
WHEREAS the proposed amendments to the zoning ordinance
regarding signs permits flat wall signs in an OLR District up
to 3% of the wall area on which the sign is to be located, and
this sign is under the 3% allowed.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sign request submitted
by Dick Bennett for an 18 sq. ft. flat wall sign to advertise
"Boxhorns Trap '9' Restaurant & Lounge" on his building at
S90 W13960 Boxhorn Drive.
