ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
DON PIONEK
WHEREAS Don Pionek, W170 S6742 Timber Court, has re-
quested permission to construct a 20' x ZO', unattached,
second garage structure for storage purposes, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this Rs-1 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the
City of Muskego (Architectural Control Board) does hereby
approve the request of Don Pionek for a 20' x 20', unattached,
second garage structure at W170 S6742 Timber Court. 0
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be compatible with the existing
building on the lot.
