ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
MARTIN CZARNECKI
WHEREAS Martin Czarnecki, S66 W13805 Saroyan Drive,
has requested permission to construct a 12' x 12', unattached,
second garage structure for storage purposes, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-2 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego (Architectural Control Board) does hereby
approve the request of Martin Czarnecki for a 12' x 12',
unattached, second garage structure at S66 W13805 Saroyan Drive. 0
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be compatible with the existing
building on the lot.
