APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
STEVEN SCHULER
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted by Steven Schuler for
a one parcel division of his property at the intersection of
North Shore Drive and Racine Avenue in the SW 114 of Section 32,
and
WHEREAS this proposed division meets the requirements for
this RS-2 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for a one parcel
division of the Schuler property in the SW 114 of Section 32.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Commission will be receptive
to receipt of a certified survey map along with the $25.00 fee
to assist in defraying the cost of review and a fee of $200.00
in lieu of park dedication.
