PCR1980044RESOLUTION #P. C. 44-80 (As Amended) 0 0 0 APPROVAL OF REVISED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLANS M. F. BURAZIN CORP. MUSKEG0 BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK WHEREAS plans have been submitted by architect Kenneth Hartman for the construction of a 50' x 70' unheated warehouse addition to the existing warehouse of the M. F. Burazin Corp., located at W189 S8224 Mercury Drive in the Muskego Business/ Industrial Park, and WHEREAS the existing building is not completed, the landscaping is not in and the drive and parking area are not paved. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Coaunission of the City of Muskego does hereby approve the construction of a 50' x 70' unheated warehouse addition to the existing warehouse of the M. F. Burazin Corp. at W189 S8224 Mercury Drive, subject to the condition that the existing building shall be completed, the landscaping completed and the drive and parking area paved prior to the issuance of an Occupancy Certificate. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the understanding that in the event all conditions of this resolu- tion have not been met, an Occupancy Certificate could be issued if monies equal to that which is needed to complete the project are set aside in an escrow account in a bank of Mr. Burazin's choice.
