SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE
CHANGE OF USE
JOVANOVICH'S CONDITIONAL USE GRANT
WHEREAS Sam Jovanovich has advised the Plan Commission
that the former "Auto Finishes" business at S83 W20702
Janesville Road operating under Conditional Use Grant 861
has been replaced by "Midwest Mini-Tote Co.", and
WHEREAS this change of use constitutes a substantial
change of operation and necessitates a public hearing.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of
the City of Muskego does hereby set a public hearing for
June 17, 1980 at 7:45 P.M. to consider the termination of
Conditional Use Grant #61 and the issuance of a new condi-
tional use grant to permit the fabricating of small trailers
at S83 W20702 Janesville Road.
