APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLAN
ALLAN MERFERT
WHEREAS building, site and operational plans have been
submitted by Allan Merfert for the addition of four metal
accessory buildings on his property at S65 W13964 Janesville
Road to replace three existing buildings, and
WHEREAS these buildings will be used in his garden
accessory business for raw material storage, general storage
and a show room, and
WHEREAS Mr. Merfert has petitioned for the rezoning of
this property from RS-2 OHS to RS-2 00s. and this use is per-
mitted-by-right in an 00s District with approval of the
building, site and operational plans by the Plan Commission.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the building, site and
operational plans for the four accessory buildings requested
by Mr. Merfert, subject to the condition that three existing
accessory buildings be removed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the approval of the request to rezone this property from RS-2
OHS to RS-2 00s.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the condition that the four buildings shall have aluminum siding
and shall be completed by November 1, 1980.
