APPROVAL OF REVISED PRELIMINARY PLAT
AMERICAN EAGLE MANOR, TOWN OF WATERFORD
WHEREAS a revised Preliminary Plat for American Eagle
Manor, a 25 lot subdivision in the Town of Waterford, has
been resubmitted by Kuokkanen & Assoc., dated February 20,
1980, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed
this plat and has recommended approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve the revised preliminary
plat for American Eagle Manor in the Town of Waterford, and
recommends approval to the Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject
to the approval of all objecting and approving agencies.
