APPROVAL OF POND REQUEST
RICHARD J. SIMANDL
WHEREAS Richard J. Simandl has submitted a request to
construct a half acre pond on his property on Racine Avenue
south of Henneberry Drive in the SW 114 of Section 20, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning
Officer Lee have reviewed this plan and have recommended
approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of Richard
J. Simandl to construct a half acre pond on his property in
Section 20, subject to the approval of the Department of
Natural Resources and the Wisconsin Electric Power Company.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
a final review by the Zoning Officer.
