RECOMMENDATION TO AMEND ZONING DISTRICT MAP
RS-2 (OHS) to RS-2 (00s)
ALLAN MERFERT
WHEREAS Allan Merfert has submitted a petition requesting
that the Zoning District Map be changed to rezone his property
at S65 W13964 Janesville Road in the NW 1/4 of Section 1 from
RS-2 (OHS) to RS-2 (OOS), and
WHEREAS this is a three acre parcel used for the manufacture
and sales of garden accessories, statues, etc., and
WHEREAS this is a non-conforming use in an OHS District, and
WHEREAS it is proposed to add additional buildings on the
site for accessory- uses to replace some existing structures
which will be removed, and it has been determined that this would
be an expansion of a non-conforming use, and
WHEREAS the use would be permitted-by-right in an 00s
District
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that
the Zoning District Map be amended to rezone the Merfert property
at 565 W13964 Janesville Road in the NW 1/4 of Section 1 from
RS-2 (OHS) to RS-2 (00s).
