ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
STEPHEN HARMEYER
WHEREAS Stephen Harmeyer, W139 S6755 Sherwood Circle, has
requested permission to construct a 12' x 12', unattached,
second garage structure for storage purposes, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-2 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission
(Architectural Control Board) of the City of Muskego, does
hereby approve the request of Stephen Harmeyer for a 12' x 12'
unattached, second garage structure at W139 S6755 Sherwood Circle. 0
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be compatible with the existing
building on the lot.
