ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
BERNHARDT LARSEN
WHEREAS Bernhardt Larsen, W175 S7121 Lake Drive, has
requested permission to construct a 20' x 20', unattached,
second garage structure on his property, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-3 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission
(Architectural Control Board) of the City of Muskego, does
hereby approve the request of Bernhardt Larsen for a 20' x 20',
unattached, second garage structure at W175 S7121 Lake Drive. a BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be compatible with the existing
building on the lot.
