ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
Z. PAUL VARGA
WHEREAS 2. Paul Varga, W145 S9685 Groveway Lane, has
requested permission to construct an 18' x 20', unattached,
second garage structure on his property, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this Agricultural
District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission
(Architectural Control Board) of the City of Muskego, does
hereby approve the request of Z. Paul Varga for an 18' x 20',
unattached, second garage structure at W145 S9685 Groveway Lane
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of

this second garage shall be compatible with the existing
building on the lot.
