PCR1980034RESOLUTION SIP. C. 34-80 ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE GARY JUND WHEREAS Gary Jund, W132 S7004 Fennimore Lane, has re- quested permission to construct a 10' x 16', unattached, second garage structure on his property for storage purposes, and WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a substantial adverse affect on the property value or reason- able enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-2 (OPD) District, and WHEREAS the Declaration of Restrictions for Hale Park 0 Meadows provides that such structure shall be approved by the Hale Park Meadows Architectural Control Comittee. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission (Architectural Control Board) of the City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of Gary Jund for a 10' x 16', unattached, second garage structure at W132 S7004 Fennimore Lane, subject to the condition that written approval be obtained from the Hale Park Meadows Architectural Control Comittee. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of this second garage shall be compatible with the existing building on the lot.
