ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
EUGENE STRZOK
WHEREAS Eugene Strzok, S85 W17850 Woods Road, has re-
quested permission to construct a 16' x 24', unattached,
second garage structure on his property, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-1 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission
(Architectural Control Board) of the City of Muskego, does
hereby approve the request of Eugene Strzok for a 16' x 24',
unattached, second garage structure at S85 W17850 Woods Road. 0
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be compatible with the existing
building on the lot.
