PCR1980032RESOLUTION #P. C. 32-80 ' ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE MICHAEL J. STELSKE WHEREAS Michael J. Stelske, S98 W12904 Loomis Road, has requested permission to construct a 24' x 20', unattached, second garage structure on his property, and WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this R-3 District. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission (Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request of Michael J. Stelske for a 24' x 20', unattached, second garage structure at S98 W12904 Loomis Road. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of this second garage shall be compatible with the existing building on the lot.
