PCR1980031RESOLUTION #P. C. 31-80 RECOMMENDING ZONING MAP AMENDMENT RSM to RS-2 SW 1/4 Section 9 (Hwy. 24) WHEREAS the Plan Commission has reviewed the area located on Hwy. 24 in the SW 1/4 of Section 9, east of Racine Avenue, which is presently zoned RSM (Multiple Family Residence), and WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele in his report dated March 18, 1980, has recommended this area be rezoned from RSM to RS-2 because of the density allowed under RSM, the land has taken on an implied value not justified by the market situation, and the land is more suitable for a PUD (planned unit development) approach. 0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that the area presently zoned RSM on Hwy. 24 in the SW 1/4 of Section 9, j.ust-:east of Racine Avenue, be rezoned to RS-2.
