APPROVAL OF SIGN REQLTST
VALLEY TAP
WHEREAS a request has been submitted by Oconomowoc
Sign Company for a 42" x 42" flat wall sign to be located
on top of the roof of the porch of Valley Tap at W191 S6409
Hillendale Drive, and
WHEREAS this sign will not:extend beyond the height of
the building, and
WHEREAS the proposed amendments to the zoning ordinance
regarding signs permits flat wall signs in an.RS-2 (OHS)
District up to 5% of the wall area on which the sign is to be
located, and this sign is under the 5% allowed.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sign request submitted
by Oconomowoc Sign Company for a 42" x 42" flat wall sign to
be located on top of the roof of the porch of Valley Tap at
W191 S6409 Hillendale Drive.
