APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT
LEE SHANE DOG KENNEL
WHEREAS a petition has been submitted by Lee Shane
requesting that a conditional use be granted for his property
at S92 W19918 Henneberry Drive to permit a dog kennel for no
more than 20 dogs to be boarded and/or trained by him, and
WHEREAS the necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has recommended
approval, and
WHEREAS this property is approximately 10 acres in area
and is zoned Agricultural, with dog kennels permitted under
Conditional Use Grant.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby grant a Conditional Use Grant to
Lee Shane for his property at S92 W19918 Henneberry Drive to
permit a dog kennel for no more than 20 dogs to be boarded
and/or trained by him.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the term of operation of this
Conditional Use Grant shall not exceed one (1) year without
further review and approval by the Plan Commission.
